About Me
French-born and based in Spain for over 25 years, I have long nurtured a passion for gastronomy, pastry and cuisine.
Over the years, I have shared this culinary journey through a recognised blog and Instagram account, by organising culinary workshops and live cooking events, and through collaborations with renowned brands.
I am also the author of a book on bread and pastrypublished with Larousse.
Through these private culinary experiences, I aim to create thoughtful, generous and refined moments inspired by seasonal ingredients, local produce and a Mediterranean way of life.
